VoiceBreeze is pioneering multilingual voice AI for African businesses. We're reimagining how customer service works in local languages—starting in Nigeria and expanding across the continent. We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development or Growth Manager to accelerate our client base and take our market presence to the next level.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Lead outreach and client acquisition across key sectors including fintech, healthcare, logistics, and retail
- Build and nurture a reliable pipeline of qualified leads and high-intent prospects
- Close deals that align with our product offerings and help businesses adopt our voice AI solutions
- Manage the end-to-end business development process from prospecting to onboarding
- Onboard at least 2 clients monthly
- Research customer needs, local market trends, and identify untapped business opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and ops to ensure a smooth customer journey and value delivery
- Monitor and report growth KPIs, optimize strategies based on real-world traction and feedback
- Play a key role in shaping our GTM and expansion roadmap as an early growth hire
✅ You Should Have:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B business development, growth, or sales — ideally in SaaS, tech, or enterprise services
